At Arron Tobias Projects, we take a personal, structured, and transparent approach to every renovation. Whether you’re based in the UK or abroad, we make the process seamless from concept to completion.

We begin with a one-to-one consultation — either in person if you’re in the country, or via Zoom if you’re overseas. This allows us to understand your goals, timelines, and expectations.

If the property is accessible and habitable, this consultation may take place on site to get a clearer sense of the space and its current condition.

Arron will visit the property to carry out a full inspection. During this visit, he’ll take detailed measurements and photographs, and gather information about the layout, condition, and structural potential of the space.

This is also the stage where we discuss your desired changes — whether that’s internal reconfiguration, the addition of new bathrooms, a new kitchen, or a complete style transformation.

Based on the consultation and property review, Arron will produce a basic design proposal and high-level cost estimate. This gives you a clear understanding of the potential scope of works and associated investment.

Once you’re comfortable with the outline proposal and costings, a formal contract is issued to secure our services. Following this, we begin more detailed design work and planning.

This may include architectural sketches, mood boards, and refined room layouts, particularly for key areas such as bathrooms and kitchens.

We arrange either an in-person meeting or a remote presentation (depending on your location) to review the proposed designs. This ensures you’re completely happy with the direction before any work begins.

With your approval in place, we agree on a project timeframe and schedule. We then instruct our trusted network of contractors to begin work.

Arron personally oversees every stage of the renovation — managing contractors, timelines, and quality control to ensure everything progresses smoothly and to the highest standard.

Payments are typically made in staged intervals, agreed in advance. This structure ensures transparency and alignment throughout the project.
