An American family relocating to Israel purchased a well-maintained apartment that required a complete style update. A full renovation was carried out to modernize the space and create a contemporary, functional home tailored to their needs.

We managed all aspects of the renovation, including a complete electrical rewire and new plumbing system, full retiling throughout the apartment and balconies, and the installation of a new kitchen and two bathrooms — as well as the creation of a third bathroom by constructing an internal wall. The air conditioning system was replaced and lighting was updated throughout.

Custom carpentry was a key part of the project, including a cabinet that opens into a home office desk, a customised bookshelf and glass display units surrounding the TV. The apartment was fully furnished with new beds, wardrobes, sofas, dining furniture, and appliances.

We were personally present for every delivery, measurement, and installation, managing the entire process on-site. This allowed the family to remain abroad while their apartment was transformed into a beautiful, move-in-ready home.

A couple relocating to Israel purchased a brand-new apartment and wanted to turn it into a welcoming, functional home suited to frequent visits from their grandchildren. While no construction work was needed, the project focused on furnishings, storage, and distinctive interior finishes.

We designed and installed a custom mint green kitchen that added a fresh and personal touch to the space. Custom carpentry was incorporated throughout — including wardrobes in each bedroom, a TV unit, a dining room cabinet, and a laundry cabinet in the utility area. Several walls were finished in natural Jerusalem stone to bring warmth, character, and texture to the apartment. Electrical and lighting points were repositioned to better suit the final layout.

The apartment was fully furnished with new beds (including pull-out beds for guests), a sofa, dining table and chairs, bar stools, and balcony furniture. We also managed the supply and installation of all appliances, lighting, and soft furnishings. Every detail — from measurements to fittings — was handled on-site, allowing the clients to relocate with everything fully prepared and in place.

A couple purchased an older apartment in Netanya as a holiday home and needed a full structural redesign to accommodate themselves and their adult children. The existing layout was completely reworked to create three separate bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

The apartment was stripped down to its shell and fully rebuilt — including a full electrical rewire, new plumbing, a new kitchen, three bathrooms, and complete retiling. Custom carpentry included fitted wardrobes, a home office workspace, and a statement bookshelf designed together with the clients.

All furniture, lighting, appliances, and balcony furnishings were supplied and installed as part of a complete interior fit-out. The project was managed end-to-end on site, so the family could stay abroad while their vision came to life.

After relocating to Netanya, a couple moved into a new apartment that didn’t require construction but needed layout adjustments and furnishing.

We relocated lighting and electrical points, made minor plumbing changes for the kitchen, and installed a new kitchen and lighting fixtures. The apartment was furnished with a combination of imported furniture and new items — including beds, cupboards, bar stools, and balcony furnishings.

We oversaw every aspect on site — from supplier coordination to delivery and fitting — so the clients could move in smoothly with everything in place.
